A maior raz\u00e3o para a diferen\u00e7a em resultados, \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a em metodologia. O ideal seria que compar\u00e1ssemos apenas estudos que est\u00e3o observando as mesmas vari\u00e1veis e usando as mesmas metodologias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Um dos programas mais estudados e pesquisados no mundo \u00e9 o programa de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do Estresse baseado na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Plena, ou Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction-MBSR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> O MBSR \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por oito encontros semanais de 2:30 minutos, um dia inteiro de medita\u00e7\u00e3o com cerca de 7 horas, e pr\u00e1ticas de pelo menos 50 minutos, todos os dias, durante as oito semanas do curso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Em julho de 2017 o Instituto Nacional de Saude dos Estados Unidos publicou os resultados de um estudo que utilizou participantes de um programa MBSR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Os pesquisadores, Lacaille J., Sadikaj G., Nishioka M., Carri\u00e8re K., Flanders J. e Kn\u0101uper B., investigaram a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a pr\u00e1tica meditativa, a da aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena, e o bem-estar. Os participantes escreveram di\u00e1rios classificando essas tr\u00eas vari\u00e1veis. Para efeito deste estudo, os pesquisadores reduziram o per\u00edodo de pr\u00e1tica em casa para 20-30 minutos por dia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Os pesquisadores estudaram os di\u00e1rios de 117 participantes do programa MBSR (80% mulheres, 86% caucasianos, 64% entre 30-50 anos) coletadas ao longo de um per\u00edodo de 49 dias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Os participantes receberam mensagens de texto di\u00e1rias, lembrando-os de completar os di\u00e1rios on-line. Se os participantes n\u00e3o conseguiram completar uma entrada no di\u00e1rio naquela noite, eles receberam uma outra mensagens de texto na manh\u00e3 seguinte. Se eles n\u00e3o respondessem a segunda mensagem dentro de 8 horas, eles n\u00e3o poderiam mais entrar com o di\u00e1rio para esse dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Nos di\u00e1rios os participantes indicaram se praticaram ou n\u00e3o, quanto tempo eles praticaram e quanto eles aderiram \u00e0s instru\u00e7\u00f5es de pr\u00e1tica. Eles tamb\u00e9m responderam a perguntas destinadas a avaliar a forma como eles praticaram a aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena durante o dia e grau de estresse percebido e emo\u00e7\u00f5es positivas e negativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Em m\u00e9dia os participantes preencheram 33 entradas di\u00e1rias, praticaram medita\u00e7\u00e3o por 29 minutos em 28 dos 33 dias e classificaram a ades\u00e3o \u00e0s instru\u00e7\u00f5es como &#8220;6.8&#8221; em uma escala de dez pontos. Os participantes relataram aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena significativamente maior, menor percep\u00e7\u00e3o de estresse e um efeito mais positivo nos dias em que eles praticavam a medita\u00e7\u00e3o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os dias em que n\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-263 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/rossanacounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/woman-meditating-outside-600x360-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"Women meditating outdoors\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rossanacounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/woman-meditating-outside-600x360-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rossanacounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/woman-meditating-outside-600x360.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> As analises mostraram que em qualquer dos dias avaliados, a pr\u00e1tica da medita\u00e7\u00e3o, a dura\u00e7\u00e3o mais longa da pr\u00e1tica e maior ader\u00eancia \u00e0s instru\u00e7\u00f5es da pr\u00e1tica foram significativamente associadas a uma maior aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena, menor percep\u00e7\u00e3o de estresse, maior emo\u00e7\u00e3o<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>positiva e menor emo\u00e7\u00e3o negativo. As an\u00e1lises das inter-correla\u00e7\u00f5es entre as vari\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bmostraram que o efeito da pr\u00e1tica foi indireto: a medita\u00e7\u00e3o foi maioritariamente associada ao aumento da aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena, e o aumento da aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena foi principalmente associado \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do estresse e da emo\u00e7\u00e3o negativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Os participantes que praticaram a medita\u00e7\u00e3o por per\u00edodos mais longos ao longo do per\u00edodo de 49 dias relataram sentir significativamente mais conscientes e ter significativamente menos emo\u00e7\u00f5es negativos do que aqueles que praticaram por per\u00edodos mais curtos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Esses resultados suportam a hip\u00f3tese de que a pr\u00e1tica de medita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um ingrediente ativo de programas convencionais de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Plena (Mindfulness-Based Interventions-MBI), fornecendo evid\u00eancias de que, quanto mais longa e mais consistente \u00e9 a pr\u00e1tica de meditacao, mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena \u00e9 percebida e melhor os participantes se sentem. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"> Este estudo mostra a associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a pratica da medita\u00e7\u00e3o e as experi\u00eancias de bem estar e de capacidade de aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena.
