Together, we will be looking into your relationship using the attachment lenses. We will understand the dance you have been dancing. We will, together, identify new ways to dance and to keep your relationship alive.
I work with couples through the lenses of Emotionally Couples Therapy, EFT
EFT started in the 1980’s. EFT’s effectiveness is substantiated by numerous scientific studies. Research shows that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and about 90% show significant improvement. We, as therapists, are interested on what is happening between couples. We look at the interaction process, because, as couples, we are like a system, in a sense that what one partner does impacts and affects the other partner.
